We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:

• United Kingdom: 6–10 business days.
• Other countries: 9–14 business days.

Delivery may be handled by DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx or a local delivery service, depending on the destination and shipping arrangements.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays or peak shopping periods.

Where required by applicable law, we will deliver goods within the agreed timeframe or otherwise comply with the applicable statutory delivery requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.

For logistical reasons, orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you identify to receive them, subject to applicable law.

We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy for eligible products.

Under this policy, returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.

We provide free return shipping and free exchanges for eligible returns, including size exchanges, subject to product availability.

For approved voluntary refunds, we aim to process refunds within 5 business days after inspection, subject to any shorter statutory refund deadlines.

Voluntary order cancellations may be requested before processing or fulfilment begins.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and PawGether LLC, not Shopify.
