How long does it take to process my order?
Once your order has been reviewed, approved and packed, it will be prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched and collected by our shipping carrier, the estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- All Other Countries: 9–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations and unforeseen delays.
Are weekends and public holidays included?
No. Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekends and public holidays are not included in our estimated processing and delivery times.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress.
